Too many families in deprived communities are stuck in cycles of trauma, isolation, and disadvantage. Parents are searching for support that is practical, non-judgmental, inclusive, and full of hope.

Our Solution – Root & Rise

A six-week, community-designed, trauma-informed programme that:

• Looks at trauma awareness, adversity and resilience.

• Explains what a healthy brain looks like and how regulation can help.

• Shows the power of play in healing and bonding.

• Connects parents with local community champions for ongoing support.

• Gives practical tools to help break generational trauma, and an opportunity to celebrate their families.

The Playkit – A Gift That Lasts

Each parent receives a substantial Playkit of high-quality, age-appropriate games, turning learning into action at home and showing that they are valued.

The Cost & Your Impact

A full course costs £3,000, or £250 per parent which includes the Playkit and weekly take home resources.
