A six-week, community-designed, trauma-informed programme that:

• Explains how the brain develops and how trauma affects families.

• Helps break harmful generational patterns.

• Builds practical life skills — cooking, budgeting, first aid.

• Shows the power of play in healing and bonding.

• Connects parents with local community champions for ongoing support.

The Playkit – A Gift That Lasts

Each parent receives a £100 Playkit of high-quality, age-appropriate games, turning learning into action at home and showing that they are valued.

The Cost & Your Impact

A full course costs £2,700, or £225 per parent (including the Playkit).
Your support helps more parents, strengthens families, and builds safer, stronger communities.
