Refund Policy
At ParentRoot, we want you to be confident in your decision to learn with us. Our refund policy reflects your rights under UK consumer law and our commitment to fairness and transparency.
1. Digital Course Refunds
Our courses are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon purchase. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days of purchase unless you have started downloading, streaming, or accessing the content.
By enrolling in a ParentRoot course, you agree that access is granted immediately and you therefore lose your right to a 14-day cancellation refund once the course has been accessed.
However, we want every learner to have a positive experience. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@parentrootcollective.co.uk , and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. Refunds may be granted on a discretionary, case-by-case basis.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We may consider a refund if:
-
You were unable to access the course due to a technical error on our part
-
You mistakenly purchased the wrong course and haven’t accessed it
-
There was a billing error or duplicate charge
