Our Solution - Root & Rise
Root & Rise is a six-week, trauma-informed, evidence-based, community-designed programme that empowers parents to build stronger families and resilient communities.

Demonstrates the power of play in healing and bonding

Connects parents with local champions for ongoing support

Provides practical tools to break cycles of trauma and celebrate family strengths

The Playkit – Putting Learning into Action
Each parent receives a curated Playkit with age-appropriate resources to reinforce learning at home, strengthen parent-child connection, and show that their parenting journey is valued.
